We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.00 | Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.

We hope you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise will be accepted back. Tags & original packaging must be included on returned merchandise. Any merchandise that has been used or worn cannot be returned.

Delivery: In order to receive a complete refund, items must be returned to our shoppe within 7 days from when the order was received (As per the tracking) After the initial 7 days, you can receive store credit only within 14 days. 

In Store Pick Up: Items bought online and picked up in store will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be given. In order to receive a complete refund, local in store pick up orders must be returned 3 days after you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up.

Any order that a customer decides to cancel prior to shipping will be subject to a $7.95 cancellation fee.

Items purchased on sale at ANY DISCOUNT THAT IS 20% OFF OR MORE are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale at less than 20% off may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Orders placed online that were shipping must be mailed back. No shipped online returns will be accepted in store.

With the exception for trying on clothes- unless deemed defective - only new items that are returned unused, will be refunded. Your receipt MUST be included in your package in order to qualify as a return.
